Entrepreneur at heart, Thomas founded his first successful company during high school. While pursuing a degree in business administration he built Falk GmbH and later the Falk eSolutions AG, which was founded in 1998. This company quickly developed into the most sought-after supplier of ASP-solutions for online-marketing. With Falk eSolutions Thomas showed how to successfully manage rapid growth and implemented an early internationalization strategy resulting in his company being present in Europe, the US and Asia. In 2006 Thomas sold his company to DoubleClick, where he gained further international management experience as President EMEA and built up a reliable and strong international business network. When DoubleClick was acquired by Google, Falk left to follow his entrepreneurial passion again. He clearly saw that advertising would remain the biggest revenue source for online content and thus founded his venture capital firm eValue in 2006.
