Thomas Falk
Founder and CEO
Thomas Falk is a serial entrepreneur, investor and CEO of the eValue Group, consisting of the publicly traded eValue Europe AG, the media investment bank Digital Capital Advisors and the US-based investment fund Revel Partners.
Thomas Falk is responsible for the strategic direction of the whole group and international investment strategy.
The investments cover the complete digital value chain from online video and mobile advertising to rich media, adserving, targeting performance marketing and technological service companies.
Focusing on the digital media industry, the eValue group not only provides investments, but also unique value adding services, which encompass technology development, legal consulting, controlling, HR services
as well as marketing and PR.
The technology providers Falk Tech and Adternity develop individual software solutions for the investments. The portfolio companies include Click District, Digital Response, VoodooVideo, StrikeAd, Own3d as well as smartclip. The latter was initiated by Thomas Falk and subsequently built into the European leader for online video.
In addition, Thomas Falk was significantly involved in growth and exit of the companies EyeWonder and United Mail Solutions. He was involved with the companies since their foundation and internationalization
until the successful exit.
Previously Thomas Falk was as President EMEA at Doublecklick acting on the highest international management level, after selling his company Falk eSolutions to the latter. He left this position when Doubleclick
was acquired by Google.
Jens Röhrborn
Chief Investment Officer
Jens Röhrborn started his law-practice in 1995 in Munich, focusing on the representation of founders and entrepreneurs of the New Economy. He has been involved at very early stages in numerous companies (such as Intershop Communications AG, Freenet.de AG, Wirecard AG, CDV Software Entertainment AG, m4e - Made for Entertainment AG, Equity Story AG). Through an "Equity for Fee"-model he was very closely involved in all transactions of these companies, mostly from the perspective of their founders, whom he represented mostly beyond their exit. Through his long-standing experience in M&A and investment transactions he manages the investment portfolio of the eValue-Group together with Thomas Falk.
Jay C. MacDonald
Managing Partner
Entrepreneur, investor, investment banker, Jay C. MacDonald has enjoyed over 20 years of success in the digital media and general media sectors in the United States and Europe. As a Partner at one of America's top media investment banks, Jay founded and is the Head of the Digital Media & Technology Group, where he has deep experience in the internet sectors especially Lead Generation, Ad Networks, Online Research & Analytics and Online Video. His most recent notable deals include representing Microsoft in their divestiture of FranchiseGator to Landmark Interactive, Answerology?s sale to Hearst, Dedicated Marketing Solutions sale to Media Initiatives Group LTD, Falk AG?s sale to DoubleClick and others. Prior to this he was founder and managing partner of MAG-TECH Capital Partners, a boutique investment bank & venture fund. Jay was also the founder and CEO of the WorkingWomanNetwork, Inc., MacDonald Communications and World Congress, Inc. Earlier Jay was the publisher of Inc. Magazine. Throughout his illustrious career Jay has been an active investor in early stage digital media companies and as board member of numerous new media and Internet companies.
Jay holds a B.A. from the College of Wooster.
Thomas Servatius

In addition to his job with eValue, Thomas is co-founder and Managing Director of Adternity, eValue?s technical service provider. Prior he worked for Lycos Europe where he built up his track record in the Internet industry. At Lycos he held diverse positions from European Business Development Manager, sales services and controlling and was responsible for search and free hosting. Thomas built the research division at Lycos and was in charge of the e-commerce division.
The management graduate of the University of Würzburg started his career as a consultant in real estate.
Ralf Simon
Head of Human Resources
Ralf works closely with the portfolio companies all over Europe, advising them on all aspects of HR management and organization. With a rich and diversified experience in the areas of recruiting, leadership, development and management, Ralf knows how to establish and develop a powerful team.
Christine Heinemann
Human Resources Manager
Christine manages and streamlines Human Resource related procedures and is responsible for personnel processes from recruiting to HR-operation and -organization within the eValue group. As a work and organizational psychologist with extensive background in the financial industry, Christine disposes of varied international experience which she leverages on behalf of eValuegroup and the portfolio companies.
Maike Bierbaum
Communications Manager
The multilingual expert in international and intercultural communications has a varied background in the classic PR field, corporate internal communications, international communication projects and change management. In her role as communications manager for eValue, Maike steers and orchestrates a wide range of communication projects for eValue and its portfolio companies.
Kathrin Müller
Public Relations Director
Kathrin has worked for the EU and in renowned PR agencies and has a rich experience in political as well as in brand communication. The graduated communications expert won several prizes for international clients with her PR campaigns. Kathrin is in charge of communications for the eValue portfolio companies.
Julia Fleck
Executive Assistant
Nothing of importance gets done without her. She is Thomas' right hand and is responsible for various projects. Julia holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and American Studies. The certified sports and fitness administrator has experience in the sport and wellness industry and in IT support.
Christian Sirch
MD eValue Services / General Counsel
Christian Sirch, J.D. is Managing Director of eValue Services GmbH and advises the eValue portfolio companies in all legal matters. He specializes in corporate law with a focus on M&A transactions, venture capital, and private equity as well as joint ventures and corporate re-structuring. In his role as a litigation attorney Christian Sirch acts as a counsel concerning commercial disputes.
In addition he coordinates and oversees the intervention of external consulting, tax and legal services for the eValue portfolio companies.
Prior to eValue Services, he worked for several years as a lawyer for two leading US law firms in their Munich locations, most recently at Orrick, Herrington & Suttcliffe. In addition he gathered experience working for internationally operating law firms in Miami and Düsseldorf.
After graduating from law school in Augsburg, Christian Sirch obtained his Doctor of Law at the Ludwigs-Maximilians University in Munich.
